At times the application requires pit mounting a scissor lift. When pit mounting we recommend having toe guards and beveled edges on the scissor lift. When pit mounting there is a danger of when the lift comes down, the lift can catch the operators foot and cause serious injury.
We also offer remote power pack units with our scissor lifts. A remote power pack unit can be used where the lift is in a hazardous area, when using a low profile lift, and for ease of maintenance.
