One of the parameters for a bellow skirt for a scissor lift is determining collar style.

Example: If the platform is 48" x 72" and the outside (A) perimeter of the bellows is 48" x 72", the first piece of fabric or collar and the bottom pocket will be sewn on the  outside of the bellows, and all of the folds will be under the table.  See A Table Mount.

If the platform is 48" x 72" and the inside (B) perimeter of the bellows is 48" x 72", the first piece of fabric or collar and the bottom pocket will be sewn on the inside of the bellows, and all of the folds will fall out beyond the table. See B Table Mount.
